Support Chinook

Support Chinook turns the Heli into one of the most flexible support towers in the game. It adds two abilities:

• Reposition: pick up one of your towers and drop it somewhere else. Cooldown 45 seconds, with a 15-second initial cooldown, and it can be used between rounds. Towers do not attack or charge their abilities while in transit.
• Supply Crate: drops two crates, one with $1,550 and one with 10 lives ($1,938 and 12 lives with Charged Chinooks). Cooldown 90 seconds. It can be used at most twice per round, not between rounds, and not more than 180 seconds into a round.

It also improves the Heli: darts go from 1 to 2 damage and get bigger, and the downdraft gets faster (0.18 to 0.15 seconds), doubles its pierce from 2 to 4 and pushes bloons at least 64 units.

What it cannot move

Reposition does not work on Aircraft Carriers, Monkey Aces, Heli Pilots, Sun Temples, Banana Farms, Monkey Villages, Beast Handlers, Rosalia, Paragons, most sub-towers, Portable Lakes, Pontoons or map-exclusive towers. It can drop land towers on Arctic Wind ice and water towers on Lord of the Abyss platforms.

When to buy it

Get it when you need a tower in two places across the game, extra lives, or extra cash in modes with no farms. It is a standout in Least Tiers and Least Cash boss events, where one tower can stall rounds, defend early, provide income and move strong towers like Super Mines around.

Crosspaths: 0-4-2 adds Faster Firing for more blowback and dart damage. 2-4-0 adds Pursuit for convenience.

Is it worth it?

Yes, it is one of the best support tier 4s in the game. In CHIMPS the cash crate is a meaningful income boost, and Reposition lets towers chase the action on multi-lane maps.
