Rounds

Round 29

Round 29 in BTD6: 50 Yellow and 15 Regrow Yellow Bloons, 260 RBE. Bloon list, cash and how to stop fast regrowing yellows.

Guide

Round 29 is a calm round after the lead test on 28. It sends 50 Yellow Bloons over 11 seconds and then 15 Regrow Yellows in a short burst. There are no immunities to worry about, but the round is fast and the regrow group can heal if your towers only chip at it. The total is 260 RBE.

Bloons in round 29

  • 50 × Yellow Bloon (0.0s–11.0s)
  • 15 × Regrow Yellow Bloon (12.8s–15.3s)

Total: 65 bloons worth 260 RBE. Popping everything pays $260, plus the $129 end-of-round bonus.

How to beat round 29

Any defence that beat round 27 beats round 29.

  • Attack speed and First targeting handle the fast yellow stream.
  • The 15 regrow yellows arrive within about two and a half seconds, so splash or pierce near the entrance pops them before they can regrow.
  • Use the cash to prepare for round 30, which has nine more Lead Bloons spread over a longer time.

Alternate Bloons Rounds

In ABR this round becomes 50 Regrow Pinks and 8 White Bloons, 338 RBE. Regrowing pinks are fast and heal quickly, and the whites ignore Ice Monkeys.

  • 50 × Regrow Pink Bloon (0.0s–11.0s)
  • 8 × White Bloon (12.8s–15.3s)

ABR total: 58 bloons, 338 RBE.
