Round 38
Round 38 in BTD6: whites, pinks, leads, zebras and the first 2 Ceramic Bloons, 1,157 RBE. Bloons, cash and how to beat ceramics.
Guide
Round 38 introduces the first Ceramic Bloons of the game, but only two of them, right at the end. Before that it overlaps 17 White Bloons, 42 Pink Bloons, 14 Lead Bloons and 10 Zebras during the first 25 seconds. A Ceramic Bloon has ten hits of health on its outer shell and then splits into two rainbows, so each one is worth 104 RBE. The round totals 1,157 RBE.
Bloons in round 38
- 17 × White Bloon (0.0s–3.6s)
- 42 × Pink Bloon (2.0s–25.4s)
- 14 × Lead Bloon (4.8s–13.4s)
- 10 × Zebra Bloon (12.1s–18.4s)
- 2 × Ceramic Bloon (27.1s–29.1s)
Total: 85 bloons worth 1,157 RBE. Popping everything pays $1,139, plus the $138 end-of-round bonus.
How to beat round 38
Treat the first part like round 37: you need lead popping and sharp or magic damage. The two ceramics then test raw damage.
- Lead-poppers such as Bomb Shooters and Mortars also crack ceramic shells quickly.
- Each ceramic releases rainbows, which release zebras, so you need the same mixed damage after the shell breaks.
- The pinks overlap with the leads, so keep First targeting on fast-firing towers.
The game hint after this round warns about 2 Regrow Rainbows at the end of round 39, and round 40 brings the first MOAB, so start saving for MOAB damage now.
Alternate Bloons Rounds
