Advanced Logistics

Advanced Logistics is a sixth-row Military knowledge that reduces the base price of every Military tower by 5%. You need 14 Knowledge Points in the Military tree, both Aeronautic Subsidy and Door Gunner, and a one-time 1,000 Monkey Money. It has nothing below it.

How it changes the game

The discount applies every time you place a Military tower, all game long. Medium examples:

• Sniper Monkey: $350 to $330
• Monkey Sub: $325 to $310
• Monkey Buccaneer: $400 to $380
• Monkey Ace: $800 to $760
• Heli Pilot: $1,600 to $1,520

Mortar Monkey and Dartling Gunner get the same 5% off. The saving per tower is small, but it applies to every placement, which matters for spam strategies with many Subs, Snipers or Aces.

How much that adds up to depends on your strategy. Ten Monkey Subs placed over a game on Medium save $150, five Monkey Aces save $200, and a Sniper-heavy defense with eight Snipers saves $160. On Hard and Impoppable, where base prices are higher, the 5% is worth slightly more per tower. In Races, where every second of saving counts, the cheaper first towers get your opening running a little sooner.

It stacks with Military Conscription. The two discounts add together, so your first Military tower each game costs 38% less than normal.

What it does not do: it only reduces the base tower price. Upgrades cost the same, including tier 5s (for Ace tier 5s, see Aeronautic Subsidy).

Is it worth it?

Priority: must-have. A permanent 5% discount on seven towers is one of the most broadly useful knowledges in the Military tree. Combined with Military Conscription and Big Bloon Sabotage, it forms the trio of bottom-row Military knowledges most players aim for.

The route is long. You need the air column (Airforce Upgrades, Accelerated Aerodarts, Targeted Pineapples, Gun Coolant, Aeronautic Subsidy) and the Heli column (Rapid Razors, Charged Chinooks, Door Gunner), plus 14 points in the tree. Plan your Military points around it early.

Where it works

Advanced Logistics is active wherever Monkey Knowledge is enabled, on every difficulty, including Military Only, Impoppable, Races and Boss Events. It is disabled in CHIMPS and in challenges that switch knowledge off, so Military towers cost full price there.
