Round 27 is a pure volume round. It sends 100 Red Bloons, 60 Blues, 45 Greens and 45 Yellows in four back-to-back groups over 34 seconds. None of them has any immunity, but 250 bloons and 535 RBE make it by far the biggest round so far. The groups get faster as the round goes on, finishing with the yellow stream.

How to beat round 27
Pierce and splash damage win this round. Single-target towers fall behind on the sheer number of bloons.
- A Bomb Shooter or a Tack Shooter near the entrance thins out the streams before they spread.
- A Boomerang Monkey or a Dart Monkey with Sharp Shots gets a lot of value from the long, straight streams.
- Make sure the closing 45 yellows face at least two towers, since they are the fastest part of the round.
This round pays out more than any round before it, so it is a great time to buy a big upgrade or to save toward round 28 and its Lead Bloons.
Alternate Bloons Rounds
ABR round 27 is the same 250 bloons, but every single one is camo. Without camo detection covering the whole path, you leak the entire round. A Monkey Village with 0-2-0 Radar Scanner next to your main pierce towers is the safest answer.
