Round 71

Round 71 in BTD6: 30 Ceramics and 10 tightly packed MOABs. RBE, cash, spawn timings and how to beat it, plus the ABR version.

Guide

Round 71 is a short MOAB round. Thirty Ceramic bloons trickle in over about 16 seconds, and in the middle of that stream ten MOABs arrive roughly half a second apart. Nothing in the round is camo, lead or fortified, so any defence that survived rounds 63 to 70 normally has the raw power for it.

The real test is the MOAB line. Ten blimps popping close together release 40 Ceramics in one spot while the original Ceramic stream is still coming. The round is worth 9,280 RBE, pays $1,332 from pops plus a $171 end-of-round bonus and lasts about 17 seconds.

How to beat round 71

You need steady single-target damage for the MOABs and area damage right where they die.

In CHIMPS this round is a useful check. If MOABs from round 71 get far down the track, your defence is not ready for the much denser rushes on rounds 76 and 78, so spend the cash on more ceramic damage now.

Alternate Bloons Rounds

In Alternate Bloons Rounds the layout is the same, but every Ceramic is Fortified and Regrow and every MOAB is Fortified, doubling its health to 400. RBE rises to 11,980 and you need noticeably more MOAB damage.

  • 30 × Ceramic Bloon (Fortified, Regrow)
  • 10 × MOAB (Fortified)
