MOAB Glue

MOAB Glue lets the Glue Gunner target and slow MOAB-class Bloons. Glued blimps move at 0.625x speed for 9 seconds, or 0.55x with the Aviation Grade Glue Monkey Knowledge. BADs and Boss Bloons are not slowed. Against normal Bloons it behaves exactly like Stronger Glue, slowing them to a quarter speed.

When to buy it

MOAB Glue is a cheap, dependable blimp slow and a staple in CHIMPS for rounds 81 to 100. Set targeting to Strong: slowing the biggest blimp also slows everything that comes out of it, because the children spawn further back on the track.

Crosspaths:

• 0-1-3 doubles base pierce for very little cash.
• 0-2-3 is often needed on dense late rounds where many blimps need glue at once.
• Top path crosspaths are weak here, even with Corrosive Glue's bonus blimp damage.

Good partners: Primary Training adds pierce, a discount Village lowers the cost, and MOAB Press is a classic pairing because glued blimps take much longer to recover from its knockback. The slow also covers downtime of other supports and gives slower towers time to catch up.

Is it worth it?

Yes. For the price, few upgrades buy you as much time against blimps. It is also the step to Relentless Glue, which adds stuns.
