Glue Splatter

Glue Splatter changes the projectile: instead of passing through its first target, each glob bursts into a splatter on impact. The splatter has 4 pierce and applies the full glue effect, so one shot can glue up to 5 Bloons in total, or 7 with the More Splatty Glue Monkey Knowledge. That is a big jump from the 2 Bloons Bigger Globs can hit.

As a crosspath it also boosts other paths: The Bloon Solver's splatters gain pierce and a much larger radius, and the on-pop stun splats of Relentless Glue and Super Glue gain extra pierce.

When to buy it

Buy it when you need one Glue Gunner to cover a whole clump instead of single Bloons. Common builds:

• 3-2-0 Bloon Dissolver and 4-2-0 Bloon Liquefier, to handle dense rounds such as round 49.
• 0-2-3 MOAB Glue against dense late-game blimp rounds where the glue keeps needing to be reapplied.
• 0-2-4 Relentless Glue and 0-2-5 Super Glue, which need all the pierce they can get to maximise their stuns.
• 5-2-0 The Bloon Solver for extreme clumps like Unstable Concoction or Admiral Brickell's Mega Mine.

It is also the step to Glue Hose and the Glue Strike ability.

Is it worth it?

Yes as a crosspath for almost every tier 3+ Glue Gunner. Standalone 0-2-0 is fine for early slowing but you will normally want another path on top.
