MOAB Press

MOAB Press adds a second attack: a heavy kylie that only targets MOAB-class bloons and pushes them back along the track. It fires every 10 seconds (8 with Faster Throwing, 6 with Faster Rangs), has 200 pierce (300 with Improved Rangs, 420 with Glaives) and can hit the same blimp every 0.1 seconds, nudging it back with each hit. MOABs take the full push, BFBs half, ZOMGs and DDTs a quarter, and it cannot target BADs. The normal Kylie Boomerang attack is unchanged. The Hard Press Monkey Knowledge adds 30% knockback.

When to buy it

MOAB Press is a crowd control tower for late-game blimp rounds, especially dense ones like rounds 94, 96 and 98. Pushing whole clumps of MOAB-class bloons back gives your damage towers more time to work. It is weaker against fast DDTs, which take little knockback.

• 2-0-4 is the best crosspath on most maps: Glaives give the heavy kylie much more pierce and 50% more knockback.
• 0-2-4 fires the heavy kylie more often, which can be better when blimps arrive spread out.

Several MOAB Presses can be stacked if a defense struggles with dense blimp rounds, and other stallers like MOAB Glue combine well with it.

Is it worth it?

Yes, for late-game stalling. It deals little damage itself, but the time it buys is often worth more than raw DPS.
