Jungle Drums

Jungle Drums adds a buff that reduces the attack cooldown of every tower in the Village range by 15%, roughly 17.6% more attack speed. It keeps the range boost from Bigger Radius.

When to buy it

Jungle Drums is one of the most useful Village upgrades and fits almost every strategy for the whole game. It is most cost-efficient once you have a solid defense in range, since the buff scales with how many strong towers it touches.

• It is the standard top crosspath for Monkey Intelligence Bureau, Call to Arms, Homeland Defense and Monkey City builds (2-3-0, 2-4-0, 2-5-0, 2-0-4).
• Towers that double-dip speed buffs, such as Engineers with sentries, benefit the most.
• Abilities and attacks with extra delays, like the Desperado pistol, benefit less.

In CHIMPS, a 2-3-0 or 2-2-0 Village is a staple support from the mid-game onward.

Is it worth it?

Yes. It is one of the best value supports in the game. Its effect is smaller if most of your damage comes from abilities.
