Monkey Intelligence Bureau (MIB) makes every attack from towers in range deal Normal-type damage, which means they can damage every Bloon type regardless of immunities: Lead, Black, White, Purple, Frozen and so on. Some towers that normally cannot target a property can now target it too. Effects that only work on specific damage types, such as Sharpening Stone, still use the original type.

When to buy it

MIB is a clean, permanent fix for damage type problems:

• Towers with several weaknesses, such as a Spectre, become fully effective.
• It removes the need to plan around Purple or Lead in the late game.
• Two Monkey Commerce Villages nearby make it cheaper, a common CHIMPS trick.

The usual crosspaths are 2-3-0 for Jungle Drums or 0-3-2 for upgrade discounts.

Cheaper supports often do more for less: Glue Strike and Embrittlement solve damage type issues while adding a debuff, and Heroes like Gwendolin or Striker Jones help specific tower types. MIB is the pick when you want guaranteed, always-on coverage.

Is it worth it?

Yes for many CHIMPS defenses that mix tower types, especially late game. If your defense already deals Normal or Plasma damage, skip it.
