How to use Monkey Town
Monkey Town gives every tower in range +50% cash per pop, or +60% with Inland Revenue Streams. It keeps the 15% Monkey Commerce discount.
When to buy it
Monkey Town is a strong income source when most of your popping happens inside its range. The best partners are towers that collect lots of cash per pop:
- Bloon Trap and XXXL Trap, which catch most of a round and pay extra already.
- High-pop towers placed around the Village.
It is an expensive saveup compared with Banana Farms, so it is not ideal for snowballing early. It is also the required step to Monkey City and Monkeyopolis.
In CHIMPS
Monkey Town does nothing for income in CHIMPS. The extra cash per pop is disabled there, so only the discount from the lower tiers remains. Do not buy it in CHIMPS.
Is it worth it?
In standard games with a pop-heavy or trap defense, yes. In CHIMPS and Deflation, no.
