Maim MOAB

Maim MOAB raises bullet damage from 20 to 30 and makes every bullet stun MOAB-class Bloons. The stun lasts 3 seconds on a MOAB, 1.5 seconds on a BFB and 0.75 seconds on a ZOMG or a visible DDT. BADs and Boss Bloons are not stunned. With Shrapnel Shot, shrapnel also stuns blimps for about two thirds of the normal time.

When to buy it

Maim MOAB is a flexible blimp stall that works from anywhere on the map as long as it has line of sight. It is useful from the mid-game up to round 150, after which stun durations are reduced.

Without buffs, a 4-x-0 can keep a single MOAB stunned permanently, and a small attack speed buff such as Jungle Drums lets it lock down a BFB. 4-0-2 can permanently stun a BFB on its own, and with a minor speed buff also a ZOMG or a DDT.

Crosspaths:

• 4-2-0 is the general recommendation. It adds Camo detection to stun DDTs, and the shrapnel stuns many blimps at once. Berserker Brew helps it a lot.
• 4-0-2 is for holding one blimp at a time. It is the go-to in Boss Events, where keeping ZOMGs stunned stalls the higher boss tiers.

Is it worth it?

Yes, as a support. For stalling a single blimp, MOAB Shove is cheaper, but Maim MOAB works anywhere on the map and adds real damage.
