Bouncing Bullet

Bouncing Bullet lets each bullet bounce up to 2 times, so one shot hits up to 3 Bloons. Every impact triggers Shrapnel Shot, firing 5 shrapnel pieces with 2 pierce each in the direction the bullet is travelling. Bullets bounce to the nearest Bloon within 40 units, and the bounces ignore obstacles.

When to buy it

Bouncing Bullet is a decent mid-game cleanup tower, especially on maps without simultaneous lanes. Unlike plain Shrapnel Shot, positioning matters less, because the shrapnel follows the bounce direction rather than the Sniper's facing. Its single-target damage is poor, so pair it with something that handles blimps.

Late in the game, several Bouncing Bullets work well as cleanup in Sniper spam builds with Elite Sniper and Elite Defender, often supported by Geraldo.

Crosspaths:

• 0-3-2 is more consistent and works better with Berserker Brew.
• 2-3-0 is more self-sufficient: shrapnel pops Lead, and Large Calibre doubles the bounce distance, which helps on maps with several lanes.

Is it worth it?

Yes, as an affordable cleanup tower and the step to Supply Drop and Elite Sniper. It will not kill blimps on its own.
