How to use Fast Firing
Fast Firing reduces the Sniper Monkey's attack cooldown by 30%, which works out to roughly 43% more attack speed. Without other upgrades the Sniper now fires about every 1.11 seconds.
When to buy it
On its own it is not worth the money: the speed gain is too small for the price. It is a crosspath upgrade and nearly always a step to Even Faster Firing.
Where it helps:
- 1-0-1 Full Metal Jacket on short maps such as Ouch, to catch the Leads of rounds 37 and 38.
- 4-0-1 Maim MOAB in Boss Events, when outside speed buffs are already strong enough to keep a ZOMG permanently stunned and Even Faster Firing would only shorten your stall by killing it faster.
In almost every other case, buy Even Faster Firing as well.
Is it worth it?
Only as a crosspath step. Treat Fast Firing and Even Faster Firing as one purchase.
