Necromancer: Unpopped Army

Necromancer: Unpopped Army adds a graveyard that fills up as bloons are popped near the Wizard, up to 500 units. The Wizard spends graveyard units to send Undead Bloons backward along the track in groups of 1 to 4. Each deals 2 Normal damage and has varying pierce. The fuller the graveyard, the faster the Undead Bloons spawn and the more damage every Wizard attack deals. A new targeting option lets you choose where the Undead Bloons are deployed.

When to buy it

At $2,800 on Medium, Necromancer is a cheap mid-game support for general damage and cleanup, as long as bloons keep popping within its collection range. Place it where other towers pop lots of bloons to keep the graveyard full.

It is weak against lone MOAB-class bloons when there are no other bloons to feed the graveyard, and its Undead Bloon damage is inconsistent against large groups.

Crosspaths:

• 0-2-4: preferred. The graveyard damage bonus also applies to Fireball and Wall of Fire.
• 1-0-4 or 2-0-4: longer-lasting Undead Bloons or stronger bolts, useful on maps where middle-path attacks are blocked.

It also pairs well with a Prince of Darkness, which buffs every Necromancer.

Is it worth it?

Yes, as cheap support in busy areas and as the step to Prince of Darkness. Do not expect it to carry alone.
