MOAB Eliminator

MOAB Eliminator is the Bomb Shooter anti-blimp tier 5. Its bombs now deal +99 MOAB-class damage (100 in total, 102 with Mega Mauler). The Assassinate MOAB ability is massively upgraded: the cooldown drops from 30 to 10 seconds and the missile deals 4,500 damage, with excess damage carrying into the bloons inside. It is also ready to use straight after the upgrade. With Frag Bombs, frags deal +29 MOAB damage from both the main attack and the ability.

The missile still needs camo detection and black popping to target DDTs.

When to buy it

MOAB Eliminator is one of the easiest round 100 solutions in CHIMPS. About seven ability uses are enough to destroy the BAD outer layer on their own, and well-timed shots can also take out the DDTs and ZOMGs that come out. Combined with Striker Jones, whose ability boosts and resets Bomb Shooter abilities, a single missile can finish a heavily damaged BAD.

• 2-5-0 adds pierce and damage to the main explosions.
• 0-5-2 adds range and frags, which also spawn from the ability.

Is it worth it?

Yes. At $26,000 it is cheap for what it does, and few towers give such reliable burst damage against blimps. Compared with Bloon Crush it deals far more damage but offers no control, so the two pair well. In Boss Events its short cooldown means a lot of extra boss damage, which makes it a good casual choice, though it rarely sees use in the most competitive boss setups.
