How to use Even Faster Shooting
Even Faster Shooting cuts the attack cooldown by another 25%, down to 0.63 seconds. In total the Tack Shooter now fires about 78% faster than a base one. Maelstrom ability blades get another speed boost too, about 38% faster overall.
When to buy it
It costs more than two base Tack Shooters while giving less than double the output, so it is not a standalone buy. As a crosspath, though, it is the best on the tower:
- 2-0-3 Tack Sprayer fires every 0.63 seconds.
- 2-0-4 Overdrive drops to 0.21 seconds, and 2-0-5 The Tack Zone to about 0.13 seconds.
- 2-3-0 Blade Shooter and 2-4-0 or 2-5-0 Maelstrom builds get faster blades and faster ability blades.
It also unlocks Hot Shots, which adds lead popping and higher damage.
Is it worth it?
Yes. For any bottom path Tack Shooter, 2-0-x is the standard crosspath, and the speed is worth far more there than on a basic tower.
