Spirit of the Forest

Spirit of the Forest covers the track around the Druid with thorny vines that keep growing outward over time, eventually spreading well past its normal range. Bloons on the vines take damage every half second in three layers: the base layer everywhere (2 damage, +8 to ceramics and MOAB-class), a middle layer within 100 units (3 total, 15 total to ceramics and MOAB-class), and a top layer within 50 units (4 total, 30 total to ceramics and MOAB-class). It also makes more cash and lives at the end of each round, Vine Crush grabs more bloons and leaves thorn piles, and all its other attacks except lightning deal extra damage.

When to buy it

It is a cleanup tower for maps with one lane, or several lanes that pass close to each other near the Druid. Place it where the track bends around it so as much track as possible sits in the inner zones. Time Vine Crush for big groups for strong burst. With the Vine Rupture knowledge it also gets an ability that ruptures all the vines on the track.

Crosspath 1-5-0 if you need the vines to hit leads, otherwise 0-5-1 for range.

Is it worth it?

It is decent, but similarly priced group poppers such as Glaive Lord and The Bloon Solver usually do the job better. Jungle's Bounty is also a weak tier 4 to save from, since it lacks single-target damage. On multi-lane maps without overlap it loses a lot of value. In boss events its strong ceramic and MOAB bonus can help clean minions, but it is rarely a main damage source. It is required for the Druid Paragon.
