How to use Druid of the Jungle

Druid of the Jungle adds a vine that rises from the ground anywhere on screen, grabs one bloon and crushes it, then leaves a thorn pile on the track that damages bloons passing over it. After each catch the vine has to digest before it can grab again. With Hard Thorns, the vine can target and pop Lead and Frozen Bloons. Druidic Reach makes thorn piles last 33% longer, and a level 5 or higher Obyn Greenfoot gives Druids of the Jungle 40% more range.

When to buy it

Druid of the Jungle is an easy early carry on maps where only one lane is active at a time, such as Bazaar. It can one-shot ceramics, slowly, and the thorn piles clean up after it. On maps with several lanes at once it falls off. It is also handy in races for picking off the last bloons of a round.

Crosspath 1-3-0 for lead popping or 0-3-1 for longer thorn piles. Note that the vine's ability to kill the last bloon anywhere ends any stalling you are trying to do between rounds.

Is it worth it?

Yes in the early game on single-lane maps and as the step to Jungle's Bounty. It gets much weaker in later rounds.
