How to use Frozen Verdict
Frozen Verdict raises arrow damage from 1 to 2 and the bonus against frozen Bloons from +1 to +4. Ice Combo shrapnel doubles to 6 damage. The combo can now slow MOAB-class Bloons by 10% (the area slow by another 5%), and the shrapnel can freeze them. Whenever an arrow pops a frozen Bloon, it leaves an icesplosive remain on the track for 2 to 4 seconds. The remain slows up to 6 Bloons, MOABs included, by 50% for 3 seconds, then explodes, damaging 3 Bloons and freezing non-MOAB layers for 1 second.
When to buy it
- It needs a freeze-focused setup, such as Icicles and Snowstorm, so that Icebore and Coldchain effects trigger constantly.
- Once the remains are flowing, it is one of the few cheap ways to slow and freeze blimps without an activated ability.
- It must do the final pops itself. If other towers pop the frozen Bloons first, no remains appear, so be careful with strong damage towers in the same area.
Is it worth it?
Only in an ice build where it can get the last hits. Without frozen Bloons, it struggles to justify the price.
