How to use Shatterpoint
Shatterpoint lets the Skywarden hit Frozen Bloons while keeping Sharp damage, and instantly pops frozen Bloons that are Pink or weaker. Arrows also get 75% less spread and +2 pierce, going from 4 to 6.
When to buy it
- It is a cheap pierce boost that makes the Skywarden much better against groups.
- The tighter spread helps every path hit what it aims at.
- It opens up Ice synergies without losing Purple popping, unlike Storm's Pulse.
- Early on, Silas pairs well with it, because his freezing creates many weak frozen Bloons.
It is the most common crosspath for path 1 Skywardens, for example 3-0-1, 4-0-2 and 5-0-2.
Is it worth it?
Yes. At $150 on Medium it is one of the best value upgrades on the tower, especially on higher tiers that lack base pierce.
