Tier 3 upgrade
Wind Weaver
Wind Weaver (3-0-0) unlocks the Wind Combo: blowback, bonus arrows and pulling vortexes from repeated hits. How it works and best crosspath.
Wind Combo attack first causes Bloons to periodically be blown back, then produces extra arrows from the target, then pulls other Bloons backwards to the target.
How to use Wind Weaver
Wind Weaver unlocks the Wind Combo, the path 1 version of the Skywarden combo system. Every Skywarden with Wind Weaver or higher marks the Bloons it damages with a green mark for 3 seconds. Hitting a marked Bloon again refreshes the mark and advances the combo:
- At the first stage, each arrow makes the first Bloon it hits get blown back 10 to 20 units every 0.5 seconds while marked, and its children inherit this.
- From the third hit, each arrow splits into two extra arrows that can hit the same target.
- From the fourth hit, each arrow spawns a short vortex on the nearest track that blows back up to 4 Bloons.
MOAB-class Bloons do not get blown back but still use up the effect.
When to buy it
- Several Wind Weavers near each other keep the combo going much more reliably than one alone.
- It helps control stray Bloons, but its pierce is low, so it is not a cleanup tower by itself.
- Crosspath 3-0-1 or 3-0-2: Shatterpoint adds pierce and tightens arrow spread. 3-1-0 or 3-2-0 helps on maps with line-of-sight blockers.
Is it worth it?
Mostly as the step to Galesage, which is a big jump in power. On its own, Wind Weaver is weak for its cost compared with similar control towers.

What crosspath for Wind Weaver?
3-0-2 in most cases for pierce, 3-2-0 on maps with obstacles.
