How to use Giant Condor
Giant Condor replaces the Golden Eagle and raises Beast Power to 16, up to 64 with merges. Damage rises to 2 to 6, it deals +11 to MOAB-class Bloons, and it can now pick up MOABs, BFBs and DDTs (DDTs only once their Lead property is handled, since its damage cannot hurt Lead by default). It still cannot pick up ZOMGs. At Power 64 it can target and damage, but not grab, BADs and Boss Bloons.
When to buy it
Giant Condor is one of the most potent supports in the game:
- On maps with several simultaneous lanes, such as Castle Revenge, Quad and Bloody Puddles, it can move most blimps into one lane so your damage is concentrated.
- On single-lane maps, it stalls blimps (BFBs are the best target) while abilities recharge, and carries blimps near the exit back to the entrance.
- Pair it with lead popping or a Monkey Intelligence Bureau so it can grab DDTs.
On multi-lane maps, several Power 16 Condors are often more useful than one Power 64 Condor. It is the step to Pouākai, which needs three additional Condors merged in.
Is it worth it?
Yes. In CHIMPS it is one of the best support tier 4s, especially on multi-lane maps.
