Master Bomber

Master Bomber turns the bottom path Ninja into a MOAB demolition tower. Sticky bombs now deal 3,000 damage to the target and 600 to nearby bloons, are thrown twice as often, have infinite range, and stun the target for 1 second when they attach (BADs and Boss Bloons are not stunned). Flash bombs deal 10 damage and stun MOAB-class bloons for 0.325 seconds. Shurikens gain +19 damage against stunned bloons and against any bloon carrying a sticky bomb, and caltrops deal 5 damage with +5 against ceramics.

When to buy it

At $40,000, Master Bomber is a late-game purchase in normal games. Its infinite-range sticky bombs mean you can place it anywhere, but keep the main range over a busy part of the track so flash bombs and boosted shurikens also contribute.

Crosspath 2-0-5 for attack speed. With a group of Shinobi Tactics around it, Master Bomber handles large MOAB groups and gives solid single-target damage and stun support. The infinite range also makes it useful on maps where blimps take unusual routes.

Is it worth it?

Yes. It is one of the most reliable Ninja tier 5s and a strong pick for boss events, with consistent damage without needing special synergies. It does very well against Diamondback, because its sticky bombs come out faster than they detonate. Its worst boss is Blastapopoulos, which destroys sticky bombs before they go off. In CHIMPS it is a good late MOAB killer, though you still need ceramic and lead support.
