Tier 2 upgrade
Bullseye
Bullseye gives Desperado shots a chance to crit for 4x damage, higher at long range. Why it is the top crosspath for Big Iron and Twin Sixes.
Shots get a chance to Crit. Chance to Crit goes up when target Bloon is further away.

How to use Bullseye
Bullseye adds critical hits. Every shot has a chance to deal 4x damage. The chance starts at 2.5% and rises by 0.25% per unit of distance to the target, reaching about 17.5% at maximum range without range buffs. The further away the target, the more often it crits.
When to buy it
Bullseye raises the Desperado's average damage, and it does so most when the tower shoots from far away. That makes it a natural partner for Quickdraw, which also rewards distance.
Common uses:
- 3-2-0, 4-2-0 and 5-2-0: the preferred crosspath for Big Iron, Twin Sixes and The Blazing Sun. Their burst attacks gain little from speed buffs, while crits multiply their already high damage and can let them one-shot Rainbows or Ceramics.
- 0-2-3 and up: a solid damage crosspath for Enforcer and its upgrades, trading Standoff's single-target speed and knockback for crits and Camo detection.
Do not count on crits to one-shot something reliably. Treat them as a damage bonus on average, not a guarantee.
Is it worth it?
Yes. It is the step to Deadeye and the best crosspath for most top path Desperados, and you get Camo detection from Eagle Eye on the way.
