- Start by placing a Boomerang Monkey and a Dart Monkey to hold off the early rounds.
- Add a Sniper Monkey to strengthen your early defense.
- Upgrade the Boomerang Monkey along Path 1 to 3-0-0.
- As soon as you can afford it, sell the Dart Monkey and bring in Benjamin. Afterward, upgrade your Boomerang Monkey to 3-0-2 by taking Path 3.
- Upgrade your Sniper Monkey to 0-2-3.
- Place an Alchemist to buff the Sniper, and upgrade it to 3-2-0.
- Continue upgrading the Sniper to 0-2-4 (Full Auto Rifle).
- Now, it’s time to build your economy. Place two Banana Farms and upgrade both to 2-2-0, then further to 2-3-0 (Monkey Banks).
- To support your towers, place a Monkey Village, upgrade it to 2-2-0, giving your towers Camo detection and attack speed.
- Upgrade your Boomerang Monkey to 4-0-2.
- Add another Banana Farm, also upgrading it to 2-3-0, and begin upgrading your existing banks to 2-4-0 (IMF Loan). Use the IMF Loan ability whenever it’s off cooldown and collect from your banks regularly.
- Upgrade your Sniper Monkey to 0-2-5 (Elite Defender).
- Place a Spike Factory and upgrade it to 2-5-0 (Carpet of Spikes) to add reliable end-of-path defense.
- Add two more Banana Farms and upgrade them both to 2-3-0, then convert all five banks into 2-4-0 IMF Loans.
- Place a Monkey Sub in range of your towers and upgrade it to 4-0-2.
- To expand the Sub’s range, place 9 more Monkey Subs, upgrading them all to 0-0-2, helping your core Sub reach map-wide coverage.
- Place a Druid and upgrade it all the way to 2-5-0 (Spirit of the Forest) using your bank profits.
- Upgrade your primary Sub to 5-0-2 (Lord of the Abyss).
- Upgrade your Boomerang Monkey to 5-0-2 (Glaive Lord).
- Yes — you can place a Monkey Buccaneer in the water inside the Sub’s range! Do that and upgrade it to 5-2-0 (Carrier Flagship).
- You’re swimming in cash now, thanks to those IMF Loans. Upgrade your Monkey Village to 5-2-0 (Primary Expertise) to unlock Mega Ballista and power up your Boomerang Monkey even more.
- Lastly, place a Glue Gunner on top of the Carrier Flagship and upgrade it to 0-2-5 (Super Glue).
